Take a deep breath and unwind in this quaint, zen home. We have intentionally removed the TV so you can get away from the news for a while. If it’s an absolute must, WiFi is available for mobile device streaming and business. The home features a private bedroom with one queen bed, and one full size Murphy bed in the front living area. The area with the Murphy bed is private but does not have a door to shut it off completely.The kitchen is updated and completely functional for cooking in or eating take-out at home.

The totally private outdoor living area is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. A spacious deck overlooks the bare-foot-friendly back socializing area.

-If traveling with children; please note there is some artwork in the property that may be considered “erotic” to some -Doorbell motion and audio recording device is located near the front door on the exterior of the unit. We fully respect the privacy of all of our guests. This device only records video and audio on the exterior of the home facing the street. The automatic recordings are triggered by motion and noise. This device is present solely for the safety and security of our guests.

Interaction is minimal. Guests check themselves in. Professional management staff is available for any needs during the stay.

Trendy neighborhood with a large variety of restaurants, boutiques, coffee shops, bars, etc. The space is amazingly quiet and private for being located in such a great area. Many locations within walking distance.

The best way to explore Germantown is on foot. Lyft or Uber can get you pretty much anywhere you want to go in Louisville for $25 or less (normal rates) but be prepared to pay increased rates Derby weekend. Vehicle is recommended.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Guests are required to sign all Rental Agreements prior to check in. If guests refuse to sign the rental agreement, the cancellation policy will still apply.

KENTUCKY DERBY: All Kentucky Derby week/weekend reservations are non refundable, regardless of whether or not a rental agreement has been signed.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit hold is required for this reservation. This deposit is collected outside of the booking platform. The deposit must be collected at least 3 days prior to check or the reservation may be cancelled and the cancellation policy will still apply.
