Cable, Sonos Roam speakers & smart TV's 2 outside, 1 in tiki hut w/ 4 seats(Seminole certified ), & under pergola 8 people dining set, additional4 Seat table w/ umbrella ,weber gas grill, Outdoor lighting pool lights & fountain allows night entertaining. Laundry area off kitchen & 2 car garage, and plenty of storage. High quality mattresses & bedding / down& down-like foam & memory foam pillows, Ceiling fans in every bedroom, walk-in closets, and blinds throughout.
