Osa Property Management’s Concierge and Vacation Planner team will contact you after you have made your reservation. We will assist with making any necessary transportation arrangements from Juan Santamaria International Airport in San Jose (SJO), or the local regional airport in Quepos, to the property in Lagunas - just east of Dominical. We will also arrange all excursions/activities/tours with reputable companies in the area, provide a link for grocery delivery, and make reservations at any restaurant. Our goal is to make your trip to Costa Rica enjoyable and as relaxing as you want it to be.
Guests will meet with an Osa Property Management representative at check-in. Osa Property Management will be available via chat/phone number throughout the day and in the event of emergencies from 8 am-10 pm.

The ability to climb stairs is required as the swimming pool and the home are on different levels.
Each bedroom is accessed individually providing ultimate privacy. The kitchen and common areas are not connected to the bedrooms. There is an outdoor covered hallway that connects two of the bedrooms and the common area. Suite #3 is a stand alone casita with its own access.
A 4x4 vehicle is required to access the property.
The home is approximately 3 hours from Juan Santamaria International Airport - airport code SJO.
The home is only 35 minutes from Quepos domestic airport, which has multiple daily flights to/from SJO. Our Concierge Team can assist you in purchasing those tickets, lining up a rental car, private shuttles or private planes.

Outside living area is a favorite. Begin your day with coffee and local fruits with the sounds of the howler monkeys. Large covered sitting area with Pacific Ocean views, or walk down to the private pool and enjoy your morning coffee there.
Enjoy the many sights and activities offered in this region where the jungle covered mountains reach to the sea. Dominical beach is a short drive away. Dominical is known throughout the world for its fun and funky vibe, restaurants, bars and arguably the best surfing in all of Costa Rica.
Activities nearby include Nauyaca Waterfall (you have to see it to believe it!) is an easy 10 minute drive away, zip line above the canopy, horseback ride on the beach or to waterfalls, fishing, rafting, surfing and snorkeling are just a few.
