This luxury home is well appointed with modern style and every luxury of the best hotels in the world. The Lola House is located less than two blocks from The Paseo Arts District and two blocks from OKC’s Uptown District. This three bedroom two full bath home has a completely updated backyard oasis that has a 6 person hot tub, fire pit with surrounding Adirondack chairs and a backyard that is the perfect getaway for having dining, drinks and yard games for your family.
The Lola House was originally built in 1918 but has recently been fully renovated. The house maintains its original charm but hosts all the updated modern conveniences. It is named after an incredible woman who appreciated culture, travel and family. The home is filled with many extra touches that come from Lola’s travels.
The luxurious master bedroom has a king size bed, smart tv and en suite bathroom. The middle bedroom has a king size bed, smart tv, and a cozy hanging chair for lounging. The last bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and smart tv.
The open floor plan hosts a contemporary living room for lounging and playing games. The dining room has a beautiful marble top dining table for six. The modern kitchen is fully stocked for all you will need to cook a gourmet meal for your group. Additionally, it has extra counter seating and a cozy reading nook. Just off the kitchen is a convenient washer and dryer.
The backyard is an urban oasis. Relax and unwind in the hot tub or gather around the Solostove fire pit. The backyard hosts an outdoor dining table and a Cuisinart gas grill with three in one grill top. This house is in a quiet residential neighborhood and we ask all guests to keep voices down from 10 PM to 7 AM. It is not a house for a party. Our neighbors are very sensitive to noise outside past 10 PM. We ask all guests to respect and follow our house rules.
Guests have access to the entire home and backyard including the hot tub.

The Lola House located in the Jefferson residential neighborhood adjacent to our favorite areas of OKC. With easy walking distance, your stay is two blocks from The Paseo Arts District, 1/2 block from Goodholm Park and Tennis Courts, two blocks from The Uptown OKC District. Our absolute favorite restaurants , Cheevers and Frida Southwest are less than two blocks away conveniently located as well as easy access to downtown OKC and major interstate highways.
The neighborhood is a walkable community and convenient to parks, shops and restaurants.
Guests will have access to the hot tub but will need to comply with the rules for using it. Under 18 must be supervised at all times. Enjoy at your own risk.
