LAYOUT:
The property is situated on a 1,241 m² plot and has a floor area of 220 m², flooded with light thanks to its large windows overlooking the sea.
Upon entering the property, there is a parking area for two vehicles leading to the main entrance.
The villa has three levels. On the ground floor, there is the living room, dining room and kitchen, all with sea views and direct access to the terrace. There are also three bedrooms: two of them share a large en-suite bathroom with a shower, whilst the third bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. The entire ground floor opens onto the large terrace, which features a sun lounger area (6), a swimming pool with a sun deck, and an incredible Mediterranean-style outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea.
On the upper floor, accessed via a beautiful and comfortable staircase, is the master bedroom, featuring a large en-suite bathroom with a shower offering incredible sea views and a large, private terrace with outdoor furniture for reading or breakfast.
