This property is a waterman's dream, located just off the intracoastal waterway from some of the most vibrant waters in Southwest Florida.

This townhouse offers accommodation for up to 6 guests in great comfort. With 3000 sqft of living space, a huge kitchen, and wrap-around decks, this townhouse loves to host. The open floor plan features vaulted 20ft ceilings with skylight, and two spacious 2nd floor bedrooms with sunset balconies, king beds, and their own bathrooms.

Open the front door to an inviting living room that leads you to the dining room area and great room with abundant natural light, nautical charts, and nice touches of Florida charm that when combined, create a comfortable ambiance throughout the home. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook your favorite recipes! Also boasts dishwasher, microwave, plenty of storage, and a breakfast bar with bar stools. The great room has comfortable seating and a flat screen TV.

The primary bedroom on the second floor is a welcome retreat after a fun-filled day at the beach, offering a king bed, flat screen TV, a large walk-in closet, and beautiful water views from the balcony. The en-suite bathroom is complete with a vanity sink, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers another king bed, flat screen TV, a walk-in closet, and water views from the balcony as well. A flight of stairs takes you to a one-of-a-kind fun & cozy third bedroom...Perfect to bring the kids, or the grandkids! Offering a twin-over-double bunk bed combination, and a nice seating area with a sofa and flat screen TV, so all you need is to pop the popcorn and let the kids watch their favorite TV shows while they vacation with us! The guest bathroom has beautiful finishes, a single vanity with a sink, and a walk-in shower.

All linens, towels, and pool towels are provided. All bathrooms have hair dryers. The separate laundry room has a washer and dryer. Right next to the laundry is a 1/2 bathroom with a vanity and toilet. This home has complimentary cable TV, Wi-Fi and also facilitates a convenient self-check-in lockbox process, so you can start your vacation from the moment you arrive! Please note, the driveway is limited to one vehicle and shared with the upstairs and side condo units/neighbors.

The outside deck area provides guests with gorgeous water views, fully connecting you to the outdoors! With a firepit, chairs to relax, soak up the sun, or to enjoy a refreshing cocktail! The deck extends all around the corner with a delightful outdoor dining table and chairs, perfect to cook your catch-of-the-day in the outdoor grill, or for those al-fresco dining moments with family and friends. You can cast a line from the private dock or launch a kayak on an aquatic adventure! A great place to use as a base for visiting the ecosystems of the mangrove Blueways by kayak, paddleboard, or boat. The private dock is limited to one boat (27-foot maximum), additional docking fees apply. Please note there is no boat trailer parking available.
