Summary: The room was clean but not functional in terms of the range and microwave. There is a clearly known electrical issue which has not been addressed so I would not plan on having that work if you plan to stay here. I worry that it could be a fire hazard. Fortunately there was a functional full kitchen on the first level so I was able to heat up my food. The plant in the room was half dead due to lack of water. The parking is not a great situation but not terrible either.
