This gorgeous, fully remodeled condo, featuring stunning etched glass and tile, bamboo cabinets and granite throughout, accommodates 4 guests with a Tempurpedic King bed in the master bedroom while the guest bedroom features two Tempurpedic twin beds that can be converted to a King bed upon request. The master bedroom features a slider that can be opened to enjoy ocean views from the master bath. The kitchen is fully equipped and features top of the line appliances and a large island to enjoy the views while cooking and both indoor and outdoor dining seating is available. The following small appliances are also available: Mr. Coffee, a small Keurig, a coffee grinder, toaster, small mixer, Vitamix blender, InstaPot and an air fryer. The lanai also offers a propane grill as well as two lounge chairs to soak up the sun.
Relax inside after a long day playing outside. The condo is fully air conditioned with separate controls for the bedrooms allowing everyone to set their own comfort levels. There are flat screen tvs in the living room and each of the bedrooms that offer local and national television channels plus HBO/Max.
This property sits directly on Po'olenalena Beach, also known as Wedding Beach and Secret Beach, and offers two pools with jacuzzis, one being directly behind this unit. We provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels and a cooler. There are two herb gardens available for guests to enjoy as well as multiple tennis courts. Two of the tennis courts can be used for pickleball. We provide 4 tennis racquets and 4 pickleball paddles. There is also a fitness center with cardio and weight machines as well as free weights that is available 24/7. The property offers free on-site parking, EV charging and 24 hour security. The Makena Surf property does not have elevators. While we are on the 3rd floor, the building layout translates to our condo being up a flight and a half of stairs.
This condo has been on VRBO for several years under our former property management company and has consistently earned 5 star ratings. We now live on Maui full time and enjoy managing our condo and interacting directly with our guests.
