The home is located in Rotonda West which is a great golfing community. Located less then 20 minutes to beautiful, Englewood Beach and Stump Pass. Many unique dining and recreational experiences close at hand. Englewood is a community featuring more Mom and Pop shops as opposed to the big box stores. Publix is recommended for grocery shopping. Golf courses open year round. Discounts in the summer. Englewood caters to the water enthusiast with great boating, fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding just a short drive away.
The home has a lockbox for entry. The lockbox code will be sent via text on the morning of the reservation. The Welcome Guide in the home will include the information about the home, wifi, trash day, etc. in addition to information about the local area.
