This beautiful 4 bedroom/3 bath beach home in a great Surf City location, provides you with the perfect home to enjoy your summer beach vacation. Plenty of deck space front and back for breathtaking sunset views and ocean breezes- all bedrooms have deck access. Sheets and towels are supplied with each stay, convenience fee applies. The ground level has a foyer with access to the elevator and space to store your beach items. The middle level has a spacious master bedroom with a queen and walk-out to the sound side deck. Two additional bedrooms, one with queen and the other with a twin over full bunk bed, both bedrooms have access doors to the front deck with beach view. The upper level has a large great room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and breakfast bar, and a seating area with large sectional sofa (sleep sofa). The great room has big windows to take in the breathtaking views, and walks out on to the sound side deck to enjoy the beautiful Topsail sunsets. The upper level also has the 4th bedroom with a queen bed and full bath with deck access to view the beach. This beautiful beach home features a grassy back yard perfect for guest enjoyment and grilling out with the gas grill. There is a picnic table under the carport and plenty of covered area for your bikes and beach accessories. This home is pet friendly with up to 2 small (under 25 lbs) dogs, - $250 per pet fee must be paid prior to occupancy. The location is 2 short blocks to the public beach access and centrally located a very short drive to the shops, restaurants and amenities in Surf City. This is a no smoking on premises
