Coco Bay Estates is a gated residential community ideally located between Playas del Coco and Playa Ocotal. Tucked away from the busier tourist areas, the community offers a peaceful setting while remaining just minutes from beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, and everyday conveniences.

A separate flex room includes two futons that can be converted into sleeping space for children. Please note that this room does not have a dedicated bathroom, and guests using the futons would access the main-floor half bath. For this reason, the flex space is best suited for children rather than adults.
