Positive: It is all about the location. Right on the beach. You can see and hear the ocean from your room, wake up and just walk straight to the beach for a swim. It is very quite and cozy place, you barely meet people on the beach, but I also have to say we were staying off season. The property has also well maintained pool. Davis who is the care taker of the facility does not speak much English but even with my little Spanish was able to communicate and he was able to give us some tips, helped us to order food and also got us 2 gigantic fresh coconuts right from the tree.

Negative: The communication could have been better. After booking I did not receive any further details, had to reach out to the property myself, it took a bit to respond but hen everything went smooth from there. It would be wonderful if the restaurant at the property was open, but at least they have beers.

Summary: Amazing location, we had a pleasant stay but this place has so much more potential !
