We do not have any standard rates, and most rates are set only for the next 30 days. We usually do not allow Friday-to-Friday or Saturday-to-Saturday stays unless it is a last-minute booking within a week of arrival. If your stay is a weekly stay, the best option would be if you could travel from Sunday to Sunday instead. This is because most of our bookings are on weekends, Thursday to Sunday, and for 6-8 nights, this would cover two weekends, which is two bookings for us instead of 1, so the opportunity cost is very high. A visitor's agreement must be signed after the reservation, acknowledging the above house and community home rules.
