Our beautiful 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom condo is thoughtfully designed for families, providing ample space and modern comforts for up to 7 guests.
The space
Conveniently situated, this property is only a 2-minute walk from the Bougainvillea Clubhouse and Pool. The Beach Club, reachable in just a 7-minute drive (using the complimentary shuttle or your car) or a 15-minute walk, offers a fitness center, multiple pools, a restaurant/bar, and direct access to Playa Conchal. Guests can enjoy complimentary access to boogie boards, stand-up paddleboards (SUPs), kayaks, bikes, and more at the Beach Club.
Guests also enjoy complementary use of the beach club spa's hot and cold plunge pools, saunas, and steam rooms, with optional treatments available at an additional cost.
This 2200sqft condo has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Bedroom one has a queen bed, bedroom two has a king bed with ensuite bath, bedroom 3 has a single bed with ensuite bath, bedroom 4 has 2 single beds with ensuite bath.
Complimentary housekeeping can be requested once per week for rentals exceeding 7 nights (please let us know at least 72hrs in advance so we can schedule with our housekeeper).
The Bougainvillea Clubhouse offers two pools: a cool jetted Jacuzzi and a spacious swimming pool with a designated lap lane. The pool area includes an outdoor shower, a beautiful golf course/ocean view, ample seating for dining or relaxing by the water, as well as a wet bar, kitchen & fridge, a propane Weber BBQ (please message us to reserve), and convenient bathroom facilities.
