All new linens. Internet/WIFI /Cable/ Smart TV and blow dryer. Full kitchen with dishes, pans, baking items, mixer, blender, utensils and plastic ware for outdoor dining. Also has new washer and dryer and ironing board/iron . Screened in, furnished, front porch. Gas grill and patio set for six. Large backyard with fire pit. Beach canopy, Beach towels, beach chairs, bikes/ helmets and a rolling cooler. Very clean baby items: unisex stroller, Pack and Play and a high chair.
