Welcome to the Desert Diamond! This stylishly-curated and thoughtfully-designed home has been lovingly put together with the sophisticated, professional traveler in mind. You'll find the amenities of a 5-star hotel, but with all the pleasures and privacy of a comfortable home — your own saltwater pool, spa, gym, office, gourmet kitchen, and outdoor kitchen. Expansive foldaway glass doors allows the living space to become one with the desert. You won't want to leave!

You’ll find 3 well-appointed bedrooms, all with king size beds, and 3 full luxurious, spa-like bathrooms (2 ensuite). The large open concept living area is complete with a travertine fireplace (gas), a living room adorned with high-end furnishings, and cozy custom banquette seating. The chic banquet surrounds a marble dining table fit for 6-8 people to enjoy complete meals. Festive and artful designer touches complete the space, and are reminiscent of the fine hotels and designer homes Palm Springs is famous for (but you won't often find in other rentals about town).
A dedicated office space is set with a large convertible desk making it ready for homework and Zoom calls! The laundry area offers a large-capacity washer and dryer, which leads to a full two- car garage available for your use. And we’re not finished yet! Attached to the primary bath is a gym replete with a Peloton Bike+, free-weights, and fabulous views of a shaded desert landscape. The gym can also be accessed from the pool area through sliding doors.
The modern kitchen includes updated appliances and everything you will need to prepare gourmet meals, whether it be for a quick stay or a month. You will find a fully-stocked kitchen with small SMEG appliances, multiple choices for coffee, teas, and of course, cocktail preparation! The kitchen offers a spacious bar area with 3 luxe barstools for counter service. You’ll be amazed at the thoughtful outdoor kitchen steps away from the indoor kitchen. The outdoor kitchen boasts a Lion Premium Grill (gas), built-in ice chest, extra gas burner, prep area, and storage drawers. The large concrete bar space has electric outlets for blender use and outdoor seating at the bar.
In the living room, you will find a wall of disappearing glass doors that open to seamlessly blend the ultimate indoor/outdoor lifestyle. This truly creates an experience that one comes to Palm Springs for — blue skies, sparkling pools, and fabulous weather! The primary bedroom also has a wall of disappearing glass doors that open to breathtaking views of the San Jacinto Mountains. Once on the patio, you will find a truly stunning outdoor living space with multiple seating vignettes throughout the yard. The partially-covered patio opens to a large outdoor dining table, the outdoor kitchen area, bar, towel storage, comfortable sofa seating, and dual club chairs surrounding the fire-pit. Just steps away is the sparkling saltwater pool, spa, and outdoor shower. The pool loungers, umbrellas, and Acapulco chairs provide relaxing options for sun or shade lounging.
Beyond the pool and spa is a plush lawn, and a completely private desert landscaped lot (near 1/4 acre). It has a dreamy, comfortable daybed perfect for stargazing, and a bocce ball court nearby. This home is truly a luxury to behold.

The bedrooms are spaciously separated (no shared walls). The Rose Room is at the front of the house; the Sapphire Suite (primary) is in the back (separated by a full bath); and the Canary Suite is on the opposite end of the home.
OUTDOORS
The indoor/outdoor living at this home is everything. It’s what we come to Palm Springs for. The saltwater pool and spa hug the immense patio. The pool can be heated for a nominal fee, which varies depending upon the time of year. We will discuss this with you upon booking, or can quote it for you ahead of time. Pool heat is usually needed through the months of November-May.
There is a bocce ball court for your enjoyment. The beautifully landscaped lawn is meticulously maintained and there is a wonderfully plush daybed in the yard that is perfect for day naps and meditation.
Back out on the patio, enjoy the fire-pit in between dips in the pool or with a cocktail after dinner. When the sun goes down, the patio is likely where you will settle. But on those sultry summer nights and hot summer days, the pool is likely where you will live!
