Summary: Property has been renovated. Lighting around property along with cameras led to a safe site. Owners (male) is condescending are rude and very disrespectful. I've been working and stayed at this location for more than a week. I forgot that December has 31 days, I question him about the date of check-in. After I realized this, I headed to my room to see if my company would pay for an additional week. As I'm leaving the check-in area, he begins to speak in a loud voice that I need to go back to school. I had already paid for the night, but I guess he'd forgot his customer service skills at home. After returning to the office area, I informed him that I'm well-educated and his behavior was disrespectful and that I'd checkout the next day. He continued with his rat, so I just said F*ck you. You've just messed yourself out of another week of me paying for a room with roaches, that I cleaned myself for the most part while there. We have to do better as human beings. Bring roach spray, a sheet of your own sheets, and speak with his wife at all possible while checking in.
