GREAT-LOCATION 3 bedroom / 2 Bath Single family home for rent, great for families with full beach charm. First floor has living room with 50" tv, charming painted pickwick pine walls. Kitchen has granite tops, drip & Keurig coffee makers, microwave and all the amenities with dining area off kitchen. The downstairs also has two bedrooms. One with two twin beds and the other with a queen bed, both have 32" tvs. Full bath with walk in tile shower and washer/dryer. Second floor has a large master bedroom with a king size bed, skylights and 50" tv, full bath with shower and tub. Sitting area off master has a bunk bed for the kids with two twin mattresses and a rear door that leads to a 10' by 10' deck & stairs that lead down to the fenced in back yard which has a garage/game room to store all of your beach items. It includes ping pong, fooseball & bean bag toss, a beach cart & some beach toys for the kids. There is an enclosed outside shower, a paver patio with natural gas & charcoal grills, patio furniture, table and chairs for your comfort. Internet, smart roku tvs and Free WIFI (supports 10 devices) are included. We are located in a residential neighborhood just 10 houses from the beach, across the street from the park & playground, giving an open feel that's difficult to find anywhere on the island. Decorated with beach and relaxation in mind. For your convenience, you can find ice cream and all the beach amenities you could possibly need including surfboards, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts etc. at "The Boardwalk" store on the corner on your way to the beach. They also have bike rentals. Fantasy Island Amusement Park, shopping and dining are just a short bike ride away. Four Beach Badges are provided. Young children and seniors do not require a beach badge. The nearby guarded beach is cleaned daily. We handle our own rentals & personally inspect and attend to our property every Saturday during the rental season to insure cleanliness and a smooth changeover. Recommended for families! No smoking and no pets & no parties. Bed linens not provided. High chair available upon request.
