Walk into Oceanwalk 9-604 and be greeted by a beautiful large kitchen with light wooden cabinetry, granite counter tops, pearly white appliances, and a large open view to the Living Room. With every kitchen gadget imaginable, cooking a meal for a whole family is no problem. With a beautiful hardwood dining room table with seating for six and breakfast bar with seating for four more, there will be no problem finding a spot to eat.
In the Living Room, you'll find gorgeous furniture, plenty of seating, and sliding glass doors to the patio. To ensure everyone has a spot to relax, the living area has a comfortable couch, large love seat, and wonderful leather lazy boy. From this room, enjoy easy access to the balcony where there are chairs and a table for dining or relaxing while overlooking the beautiful reserve backing up right to your screened-in porch. The Living Room is also equipped with a 65" 4 K Smart TV and a DVD Player.
Walk in to Oceanwalk 9-604's primary bedroom and witness a new, orthopedic king size bed, private full bath, relaxing love seat, access to the oversize balcony, and a large flat screen TV to watch your favorite shows while on vacation. The second bedroom has a beautifully dressed Queen sized bed, large flat screen TV, and plenty of drawer space to fit everything you need. The third and final bedroom sports two queen beds to comfortably sleep the kids, or anyone who drops by! The third bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom, and balcony access.
Oceanwalk 9-604 has 3 bathrooms. The very spacious Primary Bathroom has a walk in shower, separate his and hers sinks and vanities, a beautifully tiled walk in glass shower, and even a jetted tub in the corner. The second bedroom bath has a shower/tub combination with hallway access. The third bathroom is a beautiful and convenient ensuite bathroom for the third room with a walk in shower!
Throughout Oceanwalk 9-604, there is plenty of high end décor and beautifully coordinated paint on the walls of this huge Oceanwalk beach condo. The total living area is a 2020 square feet.
From the patio, you will enjoy a view of the real Florida- the nature preserve that the Oceanwalk complex backs up against is right in front of your balcony patio. As you relax on the beautiful patio furniture, you will maybe spot a Florida crane or other indigenous bird. Oceanwalk's nature walk boardwalk snakes through the preserve and is an enjoyable activity for nature lovers.
Oceanwalk is located directly across the street from New Smyrna Beach. Building 9 of the large Oceanwalk Complex is one of the closest to the Beach Access crosswalk, so walks across A1A to the ocean are quick and convenient.
