Positive: The location was exceptional. Saw wildlife right from the room. Bathroom was great and liked the kitchen. Pool and pool area was great.

Negative: Attendand did not meet us upon arrival as stated in contract, Wifi ID and passwords were wrong, so had no wifi, Fan is worn out and makes tumping sound - could not sleep with fan on. Took over 20 rings before the site manager would answer the phone. There was no laundry even though the contract claimed there was.
