While parking in the driveway is shared, you will have your own private area separate from the houses. If you book, please be considerate of others and respect their privacy. Routine lawn maintenance is done regularly and may take place during your stay. The team works quickly and does their best to avoid any disruption.

Mechanical failures happen every now and then and are rare. Unfortunately, no refund or rate adjustment shall be made for unforeseen mechanical failures such as electricity, phone service, water, tubs, air conditioning, TV, wifi, appliances, pool, spa, etc. We do have technicians on call and will do our best to get any mechanical failures repaired as soon as possible
