Spend a wonderful vacation with friends and family in this large mountain retreat. Tucked away in quiet southern Waterville Valley. The property abuts 218 feet of the White Mountain National Forest. You are only 5 minutes from Waterville ski resort, 17 minutes to Owls Nest golf course and hiking trails are accessible from the back door. WV Town Square shops, dinning and entertainment are just footsteps away.
This contemporary home has 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Large eat-in kitchen shares 2-sided fireplace with living room. Open to the kitchen with all basic needs, two dining tables offering space for big groups to eat together. Spacious family room warmed by propane fireplace has a 65” TV, great for movie night. Main level master bedroom with private bath has queen and full beds. Second floor has 2 queen bedrooms and a large bunk room (sleeps 8 with two twin over full bunks and a futon couch) with a shared full bathroom. The living room with a large fireplace, and the family room with gas fireplace, have access to the large deck with western seasonal views. Propane grill w/propane is available seasonally. Also a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Rental entitles your group access to Waterville athletic club. There is a day fee. $17/person or $40/family. Indoor racquetball and tennis available $30/hr must make reservation.
A separate one bedroom apartment in the basement is used by the owner on occasion. This can also be rented during your stay for an extra $350.
