➤ This is one of the few Short-term rental friendly buildings in DTLA! During check in, we have a small registration process that guests need to complete. Our building requires all primary guests (max 4) to provide an official photo ID in order to be registered at the property. Please also bring a physical ID, and send a photo copy to host upon booking to complete preregistration. Security won’t accept a regular photo. There will be no unregistered guests allowed in unit due to the contract for short term rentals in this family-owned building. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as this is residential building.
