Cette magnifique villa moderne est située dans un quartier calme toute l’année, à seulement quelques minutes à pied de la plage de Riells.
Le rez de chaussée est composé de la cuisine, entièrement équipée, ouverte sur le séjour ainsi que sur le salon. Il y a également 1 chambre qui possède sa propre salle de bains, avec douche, et toilette. Et une petite buanderie.
Le salon ainsi que le séjour ont une vue magnifique sur la terrasse, le jardin et la piscine.
Le 1er étage est composé de 3 chambres avec salles de bains privatives (2 avec un grand lit et 1 avec 2 petits lits).
