Enjoy peace and quiet of a 40 acre gentleman farm in the evenings after having spent your days having fun in the Smokies or at a UT sports event. Or just get away from the rat race and enjoy the serenity of country life. You will have a lovely front porch view of Chilhowee and Bluff Mts, and are centrally located within 15 miles of Pigeon Forge, Knoxville, & Townsend (the peaceful side of the Smokies) and 25 miles from Gatlinburg. The entire house is yours.
The space
Opened in August 2020, the 5 year old home has a one car garage for your use, a fully equipped kitchen and full-size washer and dryer. The master bathroom has a walk-in, handicapped accessible shower, and all doors are handicap width. The king sized bed and all linens are new. There are two steps from the garage to the home. Two families live on the farm, and we have enjoyed meeting our wonderful new guests, but your privacy will be respected if you prefer to be alone. NO pets. NO smoking inside house NOR garage. Ashtrays are provided outside.

You will have access to the kitchen, living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, utility room, two closets, front porch, and garage.

We are centrally located for several wonderful quilt and fabric shops AND we will gladly help answer your shopping and recreational questions. New guests may ask for weekly or monthly discounts. Our latest offer for return guests is a loyalty discount for stays of three or more days. Please respect our property by limiting your party to the six guest capacity. If you bring more adults or older children, we will have to charge you extra.
