Walking distance to banks, shops, grocery stores Target, Marshall's Starbucks lots of Restaurants etc. (Less than a mile for some) 5 malls and movie theaters are located within a short 5-15 minute drive. (Clairemont Town Square, UTC Westfield Shopping Center, La Jolla 12 Theaters and shops, Fashion Valley mall & 18 plex theater, Mission Valley Mall & 20 plex) About 18 mins away are Balboa Park which has many museums and an IMAX Theater, and Mira Mesa Edwards Cinema which also has IMAX.
