5 Bedroom 4 Bath, 2 Car Garage, Close To Beach In Goldcoast Our home is 3 years old and this is the 1st year we are offering it to guests. It is a large 1st floor home with a private enterance, front deck, and 2 car garage. the open floor plan and generous sleeping is great for larger families or small gatherings. The 5 bedrooms consist of 3 queen rooms, a bunk bed room, and a room with 2 bunk beds. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and a full bath with marble shower and walk in closest, bedroom 2 has a queen bed with a full bath which is a jack and jill to the hallway. bedroom 3 is a queen bed, bedroom 4 has 2 sets of bunk beds and uses the hallway bath wich also is full bath with shower, bedroom 5 is off of the family room and has a bunk bed that is a double on the bottom and twin on top. All rooms have flat screen TVs (6 in total) with cable! wifi through out the house. Upgraded kitchen with premium applicances and granite. the 2 car garage has a small storage room as well. The Outside shower is actually a private shower room that can be accessed from the back of the houe or the garage, complete with small vanity. the home boasts 4 offstreet parking spots: 2 garage and 2 driveway.
