The home comes fully furnished including TVs, Amazon Alexas, and a pedal boat; the kitchen comes fully stocked with brand new stainless steal appliances, dinnerware, silverware and cookware. The kitchen also has a Nespresso coffee machine, tea kettle, and a wine fridge. All cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. are provided. There is an interior patio with a relaxing jacuzzi.
Each bedroom has a new smart TV, an Alexa, luxury sheets, and dressers. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet, brand new shower/bath with high-end appliances and finishes, and a balcony overlooking the canal. The dining table seats 6. The cozy living room has a fireplace and a large screen smart TV.
Enjoy views from the canal from the brand new back deck. The deck has outdoor seating, a new fire pit and a new BBQ.
