Amazing house, perfect location! Stunning outdoor living, 20 min walk from the beach, 10 min walk from restaurants, grocery, pharmacy, etc. Outdoor living paradise where you can enjoy, sit back and relax! You won’t go back home after staying in our stunning vacation property! Manuel: Hello and welcome to our Outdoor paradise!!! Thank you for choosing to stay with us and welcome home! We hope you will enjoy your stay here as much as we do when we are home! In case of Emergency (911): Westside Regional Medical Center Emergency, Fort Lauderdale, FL Check-in time: 3pm Check-out time: 11am We are a 20 minutes from Fort Lauderdale international airport and 40 minutes from Miami international airport. The house: We have a stunning backyard with a peaceful florida room. There is a BBQ grill (we do not provide propane, lucky you if thank is full! There is a large beautiful in ground pool with a gorgeous water view. You can hang out there any time you want! Sit back, relax and enjoy! We have a full kitchen with a microwave, stove and fridge. If you like to cook, you will definitely enjoy the kitchen space! No oily/greasy/curry food since there is a strong smell and the fan is coming inside. We also provide condiments (salt, pepper, spices, oil, balsamic vinegar, ketchup, mustard, relish, jam, peanut butter, etc). There is an induction oven plate to cook outside for the oily/greasy/smelly food. There is 2 X 55 inches TVs, one in the living room and one in the dining room. There’s also a 32” outside TV by the outdoor kitchen. You can log in with your Netflix account on the outdoor one (additional charges may apply if you order payperview). All towels (pool towels are white & navy blue and bath towels are grey) are in the closet in the bathroom located in the main entrance. Theres is shampoo, conditionner and body soap. We also provide soap for washer and dishwasher. Please empty dryer mousse when using dryer. Check-out at 11 AM: Start dishwasher if not empty - Close all lights, doors, windows and TV - May you leave the house as you would like it to be taken :) If you need anything else at all, please be sure to let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you! House rules: Thank you for cleaning the BBQ grill after cooking and closing main valve + burners! **we do not provide propane, you can have it fill at: Lowes, 1851 N federal highway (US1), Pompano beach, Fl, 33062** Thank you for suspending wet towels to avoid bugs inside the house Thank you for leaving the vinyle protection on dining table Thank you for using plastic glasses in the backyard Thank you for keeping doors closed to avoid bugs inside the house Thank you for using food disposer with water only! ***No bones, fat (oil, butter, etc), pits, seeds or any similar food*** Please empty mousse when using dryer. No smoking inside the house No pets anytime Do not feed the ducks No food in bedrooms and living room No additionnel visitors overnight 3 cars maximum Fire extinguisher in the kitchen It is south Florida so you might see Lézards, Palmettos and other bugs here and there :) Please take car of the trash; Monday and Thursday We live in a very respectful neighbor hood so please strictly no noise after 10 pm If you have any suggestions or recommandations, please we want to know about it :)
