Have your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine down at the dock, and embrace the nature of sea life in the canal. 5 min. drive will take you to the local beach, Cape Coral Yacht Club on the Caloosahatchee River, Fort Myers beach is a 15 minute drive or boat ride away. A five minute drive will get you to Downtown Cape Coral with many restaurants to choose from. Boat lift is available for your boat or a rented one with fresh water at the dock.
