We are nestled at the very end of a private road, less than 7 miles from Ellicottville. This is the perfect place for small and large groups to relax and have fun, or just come back to after a long day of fun in Ellicottville, nearby state parks, biking, or just exploring and discovering one of the many great places to eat near here. We designed this home to be relaxing and rustic, with plenty of great amenities. There is a poker room with a bar, you'll have plenty of outdoor and indoor activities, and kids have a playroom. You can feed the 6 large Koi, and the deer generally come twice a day to be fed. It is right next to 3,000 acres of state forest, perfect for a hunting trip. There is plenty of room for vehicles.
