As you arrive at this 3 story luxury home, you have the option of entering via the grand double staircase to the main entrance taking you to the first floor. Walking into the main entrance, you'll immediately notice why this property is exceptional. The hardwood and luxury tiling throughout along with high end and custom features remind you that you're in someplace special . The main living area is furnished with comfortable seating and you're welcomed with the first of many large window views. This living area is flanked by a modern kitchen which of course has been equipped with top of line appliances including a convection oven. A separate wet bar and gas fireplace accompany the living area and kitchen, making for great socializing. Adjacent to the kitchen, there is dining area that also takes advantage of the expansive views.
As you exit the living/dining area to one of 3 decks, you have the option of sitting and enjoying the view from there or head upstairs using the spiral staircase, to one of the main focal points of the property, the large 3rd floor sundeck. Here you'll find peace for morning coffee, yoga, sunbathing or take advantage of one of the best observation decks around. This 3rd floor deck can be accessed through one of two upstairs bedrooms as well.
You'll find the large master bedroom decorated with a warm island motif and of course, more wonderful views. Off of the master is a private sitting/soaking tub, a complete seated personal vanity chamber and a double sink vanity. The large, fully tiled, triple headed shower room has seating to rest in and a rain shower to enjoy. Continuing further along the master, you have a walk in closet and dressing room as well.
Finally, walking down to the first floor is a large television screening and entertainment room adjacent to a serving room which houses a refrigerator and pantry, as well as another bathroom and bedroom. This 7 bedroom home sleeps an incredible 18 guests. Outside, you can entertain off of the lower deck or grill in the back yard. You have access to community dock, pool and community center. This home is perfect for family getaways, reunions, or the gathering of friends.
