Welcome to Sandy Beach House! We are located in a resort style gated community. 2 bdr, office/3rd sleeping area, 2 full bath 1900 SF home with coastal vibe. Our coastal themed home boasts a spacious open concept with a fully stocked gourmet kitchen including a convection/microwave oven combo, gas oven and cooktop, coffee pot, blender, crockpot, toaster and everything you'll need to prepare your favorite meals. Dining table seats 8. An oversized Island with filtered water and 4 barstools offers additional dining space. The great room features a 70 inch TV with Xfinity internet for streaming entertainment. Ample living space, separated by an 11.5 ft sliding glass door that joins the great room to the beautifully furnished screened-in lanai for spacious indoor/outdoor entertaining. The lanai features a relaxing outdoor living and dining area with seating for up to 12 and a state of the art infrared 5 burner natural gas grill perfect for grilling delicious meals in minutes. Spacious romantic master bedroom retreat features a king bed with bedside tables & relaxing seating area in a beautiful bay window overlooking the private back yard. The master bath includes a massive walk in shower with dual shower heads, beautiful glass wall, double vanity, private water closet and a large walk-in closet. Guest bedroom is beautifully decorated with a beach theme and has a queen bed with 2 night stands, a tall chest and large closet. The guest bath has a combination tub/shower. A pocket sliding door converts the bedroom/bath into a guest suite providing additional privacy for your guests. An open flex space can be used as a study equipped with desk/monitor and high speed internet, perfect for productive remote working. Flex space also includes a Murphy bed with bookcase/drawers for extra guests and features locking double pocket doors to provide privacy. The laundry room includes a full size washer & dryer and room for hanging and folding your laundry. We love our fur babies and know you do too! Your pets are welcome at Sandy Beach House! We provide a dog bed, dog bowls and furniture/bed protectors so your fur babies can feel just as welcome and comfortable as you. They even have their very own park right here in the community just a short walk from the house.
The resort style Amenity center offers fun activities for everyone. Amenities include resort style pool, tennis court, 4 pickleball courts, bocce court, cornhole, fitness center and beautiful clubhouse with pool table and lots of fun organized community social events. Easy private access to Legacy Trail right from the community with over 20 miles of biking trails and access to beach areas and restaurants. (2 bikes provided upon request). Nokomis beach/North Jetty is an easy 3 mile bike ride or quick drive and great for fishing, kayaking, swimming, paddle boarding, picking up shark teeth and shells or just relaxing on the beach and watching beautiful sunsets. Nearby Venice beach/South Jetty is 5 miles to the south offers great shopping, dining, and beach fun. South Venice has a great dog beach for your fur babies! Siesta Key is just 10 miles to the North and voted the most beautiful beach in the US in 2020!
