• No smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vapors, marijuana, etc.) indoors and outdoors. ($1,000 penalty)
• Quiet hours are from 10PM to 7AM. Rooftop use ends at 10PM. Please be respectful of our neighbors and reduce noise levels and music during quiet hours.
• Turn off all appliances (stove, toaster oven, AC/Heater, firepit, BBQ, etc.) when not in use
• Do not rearrange furniture, or unplug appliances or electronics.
• No access to the mailbox and no mail / deliveries to the property. Have your deliveries sent to a nearby carrier location (i.e. UPS, Fedex location).
• No pre-check-in bag storage.
• No pets allowed.
SECURITY
There is an actively recording exterior camera (Ring) overlooking the front entrance, which records video and audio upon live motion movement in the area. There are no indoor cameras.
PARKING
• One (1) designated off-street parking spot included
• Street parking available
• Do not park anywhere other than the assigned parking space for the property or available street parking. Do not block driveways.
OTHER
• Removing shoes indoors helps us maintain a clean home for everyone.
