The best way to explore the vibrant Frankfort Avenue is on foot, just one block away. Lyft or Uber can get you pretty much anywhere you want to go in Louisville for $25 or less (normal rates) but be prepared to pay increased rates Derby weekend. Vehicle is recommended.
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Guests are required to sign all Rental Agreements prior to check in. If guests refuse to sign the rental agreement, the cancellation policy will still apply.
KENTUCKY DERBY: All Kentucky Derby week/weekend reservations are non refundable, regardless of whether or not a rental agreement has been signed.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit hold is required for this reservation. This deposit is collected outside of the booking platform. The deposit must be collected at least 3 days prior to check or the reservation may be cancelled and the cancellation policy will still apply.
