This two-level home offers a thoughtfully designed layout. The second floor features two bedrooms, a full kitchen, a cozy living room, a dining area, and a full-size bathroom. To access the first floor, you`ll need to use the outdoor stairs. The first floor includes two additional bedrooms—one of which is a spacious converted garage equipped with air conditioning and a dedicated workspace. This level also has a full-size bathroom (with laundry conveniently located inside) and a lounge area with a kitchenette and a full size refrigerator.
