This 250m2, 19th-century château is ideally placed to take advantage of the many activities and visits available in the Cévennes and Ardèche regions.
With family or friends, enjoy the large 14×7m indoor/outdoor swimming pool (June to September), games rooms (billiards, ping pong...), private boulodrome, the park entirely enclosed by a high wall with a bamboo grove and century-old trees (1.6 hectares) as well as the forest with its private riverside beach (1.4hectares). On the first floor, the château includes
-a fully-equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, stove with oven, Nespresso, kettle-dining room opening onto terrace -living room with TV/music speakers

Second floor: -3 suites with 160cm beds and en-suite bathrooms.
-1 additional 120cm bed Wifi available throughout the chateau. Ample parking is available on the fully fenced private grounds.
The swimming pool is secured in accordance with current regulations summer, garden furniture (table and chairs for dining on the terrace) and a barbecue are available.
The private boules pitch is floodlit for late-night games.
The château dates back to the 19th century, and stays cool in summer (no air-conditioning ).
