The balcony is off the bedroom on the oceanfront side of the villa where you can sit and enjoy the spectacular views of and sounds of the ocean. Unlike most units, this villa has central AC which offers consistent comfort throughout. We are walking distance up the beach to Coligny Plaza shopping and restaurants.
