Summary: Property was as advertised. Host is doing an amazing job with improvements to the property. He was great to work with. Biggest issue - Pond was flooded and all access to the beach and pond itself was impassible. Our main goal was to spend as much time as possible on the water. The severe flooding and record rains also brought out a lot of mosquitos which made it hard to do anything outside at the cabin itself. Obviously NOT the host's fault but future summer renters should be aware that they might not have access to the pond. The cabin was comfortable and we found a lot of things to do but it was not the vacation we'd hoped for. Let's hope Lovewell doesn't see another 2023.
