Beautiful new home in the heart of Brentwood has open communal area, upgraded kitchen. Mattresses are new. Bicycles on property. Farmers Market on Sunday mornings with local organics.Walking distance to award-winning restaurants, Brentwood Country Mart, Downtown Brentwood. Biking path to the beach on San Vicente Blvd. Close to UCLA, Pacific Palisades, Beverly Hills, Hollywood. You can easily get away without having a car, as their is easy access to public transportation from this location, as well as a 5 minute walk to WholeFoods, CVS, Banking, massages, nails. Of course, there is always Uber, Lyft etc. 20 minutes from Beverly Hill, 30 minutes to LAX, 10 minutes to beaches No large parties. There is a lovely grass yard enclosed for children to play in. This is our lovely home and if you're looking for a gorgeous place to stay with air tubs in every bathroom, marble clad showers and counters, with a phenomenal kitchen with double convection/air fryer oven, built in fridge, and all the amenities, this is it!
