There is a secluded private hot tub on one of the two balconies, perfect for relaxing after a day enjoying the mountains. The kitchen is fully stocked and has oils and spices provided. The spacious living room has ample seating with a large comfortable sectional sofa, a smart TV, cozy fireplace and a ceiling fan. Upstairs there are the two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, which are beautiful and fully renovated. This is actively enforced by security and not just on a complaint basis. The fine for using the hot tub after hours is hefty and if you are being noisy in the hot tub after 10:00 pm you get TWO fines for breaking quiet hours and hot tub complex rules. The same goes for smoking - absolutely no smoking anything, anywhere, including the outside decks, pathways or around the complex.
