Surrounded by trees in a serene location located in a quiet, safe and popular area of Middle Sound Loop-just 10 minutes to Wrightsville Beach. 5 minutes to a grocery store and 7 minutes to Mayfaire shopping .
Windows and decks allow you to overlook the courtyard with an outdoor dining table, yard with fire pit, grill, games and hammock. Stroll down to the dock to enjoy your morning coffee and watch the herons and cranes. Bring your paddle board or canoe for a paddle!
