Features 3 dining rooms, 3 gourmet kitchens, a separate chef’s kitchen, 2 bars, a state-of-the-art theater. 8 well-appointed bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms. 2 primary bedrooms open to their own separate private outdoor hot tubs, while the master bathroom opens to a lush outdoor area with its own private pool, offering a true indoor/outdoor California experience.
Enter through a gated private driveway to discover this architectural masterpiece perched on a one-acre bluff above the Pacific Ocean, a few steps from the sandy beach. Enjoy the exclusivity and security of your own private mansion with the comfort and service of the hotel.
Just a few steps from the sandy beach, Villa Santi boasts three outdoor pools, a cinema, a gym, a kids’ room, a spa with an indoor cold plunge tub, hot tub, sauna, and a steam room.
The fully staffed mega mansion includes a butler, maid, and private chef. Personalized services (upon request) include massage therapists and yoga instructor, ensuring that your stay with us is nothing short of extraordinary.
📌STAFF: Upon arrival, our villa managers are available to assist you and coordinate in-house services such as; massage therapists, yoga instructor, chef and maid services.
📌LOCATION: Villa Santi is located within a 15-minute drive from one of Malibu’s favorite spots for local surfers. A quick drive will take you to the famous Zuma Beach, Malibu Country Mart, Paradise Cove, and more.
📌HOUSE RULES:
1) RENTAL CONTRACT: As per current LA City STR laws and for our liability & security protocols, YOU MUST SIGN THE RENTAL CONTRACT after BOOKING confirmation. E-contract, which will be sent to your email address via DocuSign.
📌To receive the rental contract, you must provide your email and it must be signed within 2 hours of booking confirmation.
2) DO NOT BLOCK the dates UNTIL YOU SIGN the RENTAL CONTRACT.
*By sending the “booking request” & BLOCKING the dates, you automatically agree to the house rules & terms of the rental contract.
5) NO SELF CHECK IN: Our property manager will personally greet you at check-in and provide a walk-through of the house manual.
6) As the reservation holder, you must be present at the check-in.
7) Check in is: 3 pm, check out is: 11 am. Requests for early check-in and late check-out will be considered based on availability and may incur an additional cost.
8) NO parties. NO loud music.
10) MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum number of people allowed to occupy the property is restricted to the number specified in your reservation, including children. Any increase in the number of occupants must be communicated to the host in advance and may result in an increase in the booking amount.
12) NO OUTSIDE VENDORS, chefs permitted. Private, in-house chef & maid & house keeping services are available.
14) PARKING: 10 parking spaces on the premises.
