Bring out your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen using pots & pans, cooking utensils, baking trays, baking dishes, and even a Belgian waffle maker. Gather at the dining table, set for up to 10 guests, with an additional 6 seats available at the kitchen island and 8 seats at the outdoor dining area.
Starter supply of paper towels, dishwasher pods, dish soap and toilet paper are provided!
Enjoy your morning beverage of choice at the coffee and tea bar! A Keurig and a 12 cup coffee maker are available; we provide a starter set of ground coffee, k-cups, tea, creamer, sugar and stevia!
Laundry is available on site; the washer and dryer are located on the lower level next to stairs. For your convenience, both laundry detergent and wool dryer balls are stocked! An iron and ironing board are also available.
$250 pet fee includes up to 2 dogs. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets.
Guests have access to the entire home and exterior property space, with the exception of locked closets.

The home is nestled on a peaceful lake just outside of town, surrounded by mature pines. It’s one of only a few short-term rentals in the area—most neighboring homes are owned by families who have enjoyed the lake for generations.
A car is suggested for exploring the area, but Uber and Lyft are available. On-site parking is available, and downtown is only a short drive away.
The grill is located by the outdoor firepit, and grill utensils are located in the kitchen. Please let us know if you empty one of the tanks so we can replace the backup after checkout. Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning.
If a guest is under the age of 25, or if most of their group is under the age of 25, they may be required to submit photo IDs of everyone in the group and pay a security deposit for the booking to be approved.
