Charming cottage located in the heart of beautiful Saugatuck. Cabernet Cottage, with its 4 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, private backyard with a hot tub and generous patio space, appeals to guests looking for a place to relax outdoors but still close to all the shopping, restaurants and entertainment downtown Saugatuck has to offer.
The main floor bedroom boasts a Queen bed and beautiful morning light through two large East facing windows. Three guest bedrooms and a half bath occupy the upstairs and include Queen beds in two rooms and two Twin beds in the other.
The living room which is bright and open to the kitchen is complete with a large incredibly comfortable sectional couch, tv and fireplace. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and is accommodating to cooking meals for the group. Off the kitchen is a formal dining room which opens up to one of the two outside decks.
Opening from the kitchen are full length glass french doors that draw you out to the hot tub and accompanying deck. The bricked patio space seats eight and is complemented wonderfully by a gas grill.

Cabernet Cottage is great as a homebase for enjoying downtown Saugatuck only a half mile away and renowned Oval Beach only 5-7 minutes away by car. There is enough space to play outside during the day, grill out or just relax with a glass of wine and at night have a stress relieving soak in the hot tub.
Hot tub is available all year round. Coach house by the patio, used mostly for storage, is not guaranteed for availability.
