Casa Blanca features four bedrooms, three and one-half bathrooms with lots of windows creating a wonderfully light and open feel to the house. This home is newly renovated inside and out featuring modern custom finishes throughout.
The open-concept layout of this home ensures enough room for gatherings both inside and outside of the home. The kitchen features a beautiful quartz island with modern white cabinetry, ample bar seating and is adjacent to the living room so that you can stay engaged with other guests. There is an office area to use in the main area as well, for those who need to get some work done or organize their trip itinerary.
Guests will truly appreciate the split floorplan featuring not one but two master suites. All bedrooms feature smart tv’s so that you may stream your favorite shows while on vacation. Both master retreats feature king size beds with ensuite bathrooms and sliding glass doors with direct access to the pool deck. One of the master suites features barn-style sliding doors leading to the master bathroom that makes for a spa like experience during your stay. The other two guest rooms feature a queen bed and 2 twin beds with a shared jack and jill bath.
Step outside to the large patio deck next to the pool featuring an outdoor kitchen and seating for relaxing after a day on the water. Guests enjoy a large, heated pool near the private dock area right on the canal while enjoying the sunset.
The home is well stocked with ample linens, towels, beach chairs and beach towels and all other amenities to ensure that your stay is comfortable. Air beds and Pac & Plays are provided upon request. An Additional "Pool Heating" Fee applies between the months of November-April: $20 USD/Per Day.
