Please note only items on the West side of this property are included in this rental. We ask that items from the East side (i.e. table/chairs, BBQ grill, trash cans, etc.) are left alone as that is someone’s personal property. Guests will be subjected to additional charges if we are notified that the items next door are used.
Property Rules:
DO NOT use any times unless they are on the West side of the property.
DO NOT use front staircase after 10 pm. Guests are more than welcome to exit/enter the property afterhours but please be courteous and use the rear staircase after 10 pm.
DO NOT block the driveway. Parking is available underneath the West side of the building.
Trash pick-up is on Tuesday and Friday mornings. Please take the trash to the end of the driveway the night before. There is a trash can and a recycle bin available. Please DO NOT use the neighbors trash can or there will be an additional fee charged.
PLEASE CALL TO BOOK WINTER RENTALS! Monthly reservations made online will not be confirmed until a reservationist reviews the booking details and verifies that the pricing is correct. If there is an error you will be contacted! Also, in order to avoid same day booking we do not allow reservations to be made online if booking within 48 hours of arrival.
