Less than 5min to Brighton, which has a variety of dining and entertainment. Within 15min you are at TopGolf, Denver Premium Outlets, and The Summit (bowling/arcade/tavern) as well as several local golf courses.
This property has plenty of RV and trailer parking available. This is a two bedroom home with loft. Master (queen) has outside balcony with seating. Second bedroom has bunk bed (full/twin) perfect for kids but comfortable for adults. Loft has small sectional with a queen pullout. 32" flat screen with blue ray. Living room also has small sectional with queen pullout and 65" RoKu Smart TV. Dinning table is set for 8 but breakfast bar has 3 additional seats. (Air mattress available for additional sleeping arrangements if needed).
This beautiful farm house has wrap around porch with outdoor seating for 8 with additional seating by firepit.
Take a walk to the back of the property say "hi" to the cows, head to the far back of the property and enjoy the firepit by the river.
