San Juan del Sur is a beautiful port in the Pacific Coast of Nicaragua.
This unique house is composed of a heated pool surrounded by a large outdoor terrace and covered barbecue. A bar room surrounded by gardens, a TV room with access to the back terrace with hammocks were a family with children or teens, can lounge and watch tv, play cards, checkers or any board-game.
In its 6 rooms you can perfectly accommodate 16 persons. Four of these Bedrooms are located inside the house and the other two outside with independent entrances. All have their individual bathroom, ceiling fan, and air conditioning. Also two guest bathrooms.
Our house also has a very large kitchen equipped with everything you will need plus an island for preparing foods, a dinning room for 8 people, service area, and enough parking for 6 – 8 cars.
The house has water purifier for consumption. WIFI, water storage tanks, back-up power plant that supplies electricity to the house in case of a power outage.
Because of the exorbitant price of electricity in Nicaragua, only 30 KW per day are included in the price, the rest is paid by the guest. For stays longer than a week, the included electricity consumption varies. Please consult the consumption corresponding to your time of stay.
