Summary: Nicely decorated interior with modern appliances. Quality mattress and bedding. Very large shower area with fantastic water pressure. Well-stocked kitchen. We were surprised to find kitchen utensils left in the dishwasher and food-soiled aluminum foil left in the oven upon arrival. We appreciated seeing a recycling bin and instructions on what can be recycled. Unfortunately, there were downsides to these accommodations. There was NO air conditioning, even though it states otherwise. That being said, we would have never stayed there, especially in August. We had a very difficult time sleeping the first two nights because of the temperature/humidity. Unbeknownst to us, it is attached to a walk-up ice cream store, so customers are coming and going and sitting at tables mere feet from the room's front door. We could also hear screaming kids and the clanking of horseshoes from the park across the street. There was little privacy or peace and quiet if the windows or blinds were open because of the activities surrounding us and the 24 hour US 41 traffic. Because of the one-room accommodations, we were also surprised to see windows on both the front and back doors. Even though window film had been placed over them, a lot of unnecessary light came in, especially if you wanted to sleep during the day. In terms of being ADA accessible, there were no grab bars and no bathroom or kitchen sink accessibility from a seated position.
